When you activate a new license your computer bring our license server confirmation that an authorized license will be used, this communication is disturbed, can not be validated the license. Please check whether the computer is at the time of activation connected to the Internet. You may also block your firewall to connect to our license server. If these instructions do not solve the problem, please contact your sales partner.
